Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across multiple paid channels. Responsible for selecting the optimal media mix to meet monthly growth targets while maintaining efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize the user journey from initial contact to account activation. Identify friction points in the conversion funnel and implement tactics to improve throughput at every stage.
• Act as the lead for all attribution and tracking infrastructure (with support from Data and Tech functions). Oversee event mapping, deep-linking, and cross-platform integrations to ensure data integrity between marketing spend and platform behaviour.
• Manage the performance marketing budget with a strict focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Make data-backed decisions on budget reallocation to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) relative to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Tailor performance tactics for the Moroccan and Egyptian markets, accounting for differences in digital adoption, consumer behavior, and local financial regulations.
• Design and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards. Present regular insights to senior leadership, providing clear narratives on performance trends, challenges, and strategic pivots.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or E-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-market digital budgets.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition in a high-growth environment.
• Media Buying Mastery: Deep technical expertise in executing and optimizing large-scale campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google (Search/UAC/GDN). Ability to leverage advanced bidding strategies and audience segmentation within these platforms.
• Advanced Attribution Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution logic (e.g., event tokens, SDK integrations).
• Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in data visualization and funnel analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Metabase, or similar BI platforms).
• Strategic Reporting: Highly skilled in data storytelling, capable of translating complex metrics into executive-level reports.
