Manager – Personalization & CRM Intelligence

We are looking for a Manager – Activation Infrastructure & Dynamic Content to enable scalable, efficient and personalized campaign execution by building and managing activation frameworks, product feeds and dynamic content capabilities.


Job Title: Manager – Activation Infrastructure & Dynamic Content

Job Location: Dubai


Responsibilities:

You will focus on enabling CRM and marketing teams to execute campaigns faster and at scale, reducing manual effort and unlocking advanced personalization capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own product feeds and catalog structures for marketing use cases
  • Enable dynamic content and recommendation frameworks
  • Improve campaign build efficiency and automation
  • Standardise activation frameworks across brands
  • Partner with Martech Ops and CRM teams for execution readiness


Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in Martech, CRM operations or campaign enablement
  • Experience working with product feeds or ecommerce catalogs


Key Skills:

  • Product feed management (Google Merchant, catalog feeds, APIs)
  • CRM tools and campaign execution workflows
  • Dynamic content and personalization logic
  • Basic understanding of integrations and data flows
  • Focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Strong collaboration with CRM teams
