Responsible for managing petroleum engineering activities, reservoir simulation, reservoir engineering, reservoir characterization to deliver value and ensure optimal hydrocarbon recovery. Evaluate and govern the execution of field development, and reserves growth including drilling & workovers, ensuring alignment with KJO shareholders strategic objectives. Support KJO in technical planning and strategic investment.
Key Accountabilities & DutiesQualificationsExperience : Experience : Minimum 21 years in E&P with at least 6-8 years in leadership roles.Experience in oil and gas exploration / development with KJO / Divided Zone.Strong exposure to ERM, stakeholder management, and technical reporting.Academic : Bachelor's or Master's in Geoscience, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
PreferredPreferred : Higher degree in Petroleum / Geology / Geophysics.SkillsLanguage Skills (English and Arabic)Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.SkillsSubsurface, Drilling, Planning, HSE, JV.Leading multinational teams, task forces, and cross-functional collaboration.Strong strategic thinking and alignment with business objectives.Expertise in technical planning, risk management, and stakeholder interface.Adaptability and dynamic attitude toward innovation and economic savings.
