About the Division:


Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?


  • Lead S&OP and OPSI cycles to align production, sales, and demand plans, ensuring timely approvals and seamless execution against business targets.
  • Drive end-to-end planning operations, including demand forecasting, production planning (daily, monthly, yearly), and order management to ensure continuity and efficiency.
  • Oversee MRP and inventory management for local and imported parts, maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and eliminate production disruptions.
  • Manage logistics and supply flow, including order placement, shipment tracking, and supplier coordination to ensure on-time material availability and delivery performance.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration across Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement to enhance planning accuracy and operational alignment.
  • Strengthen governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving data-driven efficiencies and cost optimization.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

    • 5–10 years of experience in Planning, Logistics or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tools, and data-driven planning methodologies.


    Job-Specific/Technical Skills:

    • Strong analytical and planning skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • In-depth understanding of S&OP, MRP, and supply chain best practices.
    • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to drive compliance, structure, and process discipline.
    • Strong reporting, forecasting, and decision-support capabilities.
