Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce the opening for a Manager - PMO for the MBS Stadium project, a landmark development that aims to set new standards in sports architecture and experiential entertainment. The PMO Manager will be responsible for driving project governance, oversight, and performance reporting while ensuring that all project activities align with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the PMO framework, standards, and best practices for MBS Stadium project management.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing timely reports and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling are effectively managed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, working collaboratively with project teams to develop solutions.
  • Implement tracking and reporting tools to enhance visibility into project performance and progress against key milestones.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project-related information, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the PMO and project teams.
  • Assist in change management activities and project post-evaluation to drive lessons learned and best practices.
  • Support the development and training of project management staff and stakeholders, enhancing their competencies and project delivery capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role in large-scale development projects.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (PMI, Agile, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
