Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy, well-networked Manager – PR & Media Coordination to join our client's team. Operating in the dynamic industry of large-scale trade exhibitions, international expos, and corporate events, this role is critical in driving massive brand visibility and media presence for their projects.
The focus of this position is to manage conventional and digital PR, build strategic media alliances, and execute high-impact, cross-promotional B2B barter deals. The ideal candidate must have a flawless grip on print media (major newspapers/publications), corporate client negotiation, and the ability to strike cashless value-exchange partnerships that amplify event reach and attract corporate sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
- Expo & Event PR Management: Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to build buzz, secure media coverage, and drive visitor footfall for major exhibitions and trade shows.
- B2B Barter & Cross-Promotions: Identify, negotiate, and close strategic barter deals and cross-promotional agreements with corporate clients, media houses, and digital platforms to maximize cashless exposure.
- Conventional Media Mastery: Maintain a rock-solid network within conventional media, particularly with editors, journalists, and major newspaper publication houses for regular press release dissemination and feature coverage.
- Digital PR & Media Alliances: Oversee digital PR campaigns and coordinate co-branded promotions with prominent online news portals, industry-specific blogs, and business forums.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, sponsors, and media representatives; lead discussions to align and execute all agreed-upon promotional elements.
- PR Value Tracking: Track, evaluate, and compile detailed reports on the total media value and ROI generated through barter agreements, press coverages, and media partnerships for post-event evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Media Coordination, or B2B Brand Partnerships. (Prior experience in event management, media agencies, or large-scale corporate environments is highly preferred).
- The "Art of the Barter": Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of securing high-value, cashless corporate tie-ups.
- Existing Network: An active, active roster of media contacts within national newspapers, news channels, and corporate marketing sectors.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu to confidently pitch creative partnership proposals to high-level corporate stakeholders.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
