Job Summary:
The Manager Pre-Audit will be responsible for reviewing financial transactions and supporting documents before approval or payment to ensure compliance with organizational policies, internal controls and applicable laws. The role aims to prevent errors, irregularities and financial risks by conducting thorough pre-audit checks and providing recommendations to management.
Job Description:
1. Review payment vouchers, invoices, contracts and supporting documents prior to payment processing.
2. Ensure all transactions comply with organizational policies, financial procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
3. Verify approvals, budgets and documentation before processing payments.
4. Identify discrepancies, errors or potential risks and report them to the relevant management.
5. Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and other departments to resolve pre-audit observations.
6. Maintain proper documentation and records of pre-audit reviews.
7. Prepare and submit pre-audit reports highlighting observations, recommendations and risk areas.
8. Assist in strengthening internal controls and improving financial procedures.
9. Any other related task assigned by seniors.
Job Specification:
1. At least Graduate in Accounting, Finance or related domain. However, professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACMA or CIA will be preferred.
2. At least two to four years of experience in Audit, Finance or Internal Controls.
3. Well-versed with MS Office and related ERPs.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
