What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

As the Manager – Pricing & P&L for Noon Minutes, you will own the business performance levers of pricing strategy and P&L governance, ensuring the platform grows profitably and competitively.

P&L Ownership & Governance

  • Own end-to-end P&L governance — tracking revenue, margins, and cost drivers
  • Drive monthly target closure in partnership with Commercial, Finance, Growth and Operations teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and accountable
  • Build and maintain governance frameworks to monitor performance against targets, flagging risks proactively before they become misses
  • Lead structured Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for any deviations in P&L metrics, translating findings into clear, actionable interventions

Pricing Strategy & Execution

  • Define and manage pricing thresholds, guardrails, and governance frameworks that enable commercial managers to price effectively while optimizing for GMV, margins, and conversion
  • Conduct deep-dive, data-driven RCAs to surface category-level pricing nuances and inform strategy
  • Identify opportunities to deploy pricing strategically to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve platform efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to build scalable pricing tools and automation that make category managers more effective
  • What you'll need:

    • 2–4 years of experience in a business, commercial, or category management role — preferably in e-commerce, quick commerce, or FMCG.
    • Strong analytical mindset; highly comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and building business cases from scratch.
    • Solid understanding of P&L structures, unit economics, and margin management in a high-SKU environment.
    • Experience driving pricing strategy and working within or alongside commercial teams.
    • Ability to run structured RCAs and translate ambiguous data signals into clear business decisions.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills — equally comfortable working with category managers, finance, supply chain, and tech teams.
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets at minimum; exposure to SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a strong plus.

    Who will excel?

    • We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
    • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
    • We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
    • noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
