Manager – Printing & Packaging

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Printing & Packaging to oversee daily operations, production planning, quality control, and team management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end printing and packaging operations
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet deadlines
• Manage manpower, machines, and materials effectively
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all processes
• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and dispatch teams
• Monitor production costs and minimize wastage
• Ensure preventive maintenance of printing and packaging machines
• Handle vendor coordination and raw material procurement
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and industry regulations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of printing processes
• Experience in packaging materials
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of quality control and production standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
