Key Responsibilities

Primarily Responsible for Portfolio management for the increase & growth of the product in terms of volume and profitability.

Identify new business opportunities to expand the product offering.

Design and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance product visibility including digital, print, and social media marketing.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create advertising content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the bank’s branding and positioning.

Conduct ongoing market analysis to assess the product’s competitive position.
-
To explore avenues for growth and continuous improvement of the product

Managing Deposit /Other Campaigns for the product

Work closely with business teams to ensure the product is effectively marketed.

Provide product training and support to frontline sales staff.

Plan and execute roadshows in key market areas to increase product visibility and customer engagement.

Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance retention and engagement.
-
Collaborate with sales teams to identify target markets, sales channels
-
Monitor the execution of the sales strategy and adjustment based on results and market feedback.

Coordinator for internal & external audit
-
Any other assignment assigned by higher management as and when desired.
Qualification & Skills Level Required
-
Preferably Masters or at least Bachelor degree BBA, B. Com, B.A. (Hons.) or BSIT/ BSCS from a reputed institution.

Leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal, management and communication skills;
-
Strong analytical , critical thinking and multi-tasking skills;

Ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision making skills;

Well versed in MS office, Project Management;
-
Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures.
Experience
Preferably 3 to 5 year experience in relevant field.
