The Product Analyst – Search & Merch will measure and optimize how customers find and engage with products. You will analyze search queries, CTRs, product placements, and recommendations to improve visibility, accuracy, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor search and merchandising KPIs (CTR, zero-results rate, add-to-cart, etc.).

Analyze search behavior, query performance, and ranking outcomes.

Identify improvement areas for recommendation engines and filters.

Collaborate with Product & Tech to refine search algorithms and personalization logic.

Evaluate impact of visual merchandising and homepage curation on engagement.

Build dashboards tracking keyword trends, placement effectiveness, and category mix.

Partner with business and UX teams to design experiments improving discoverability.

Strong grasp of ecommerce search optimization principles.

Understanding of merchandising logic, taxonomy, and product tagging.

Ability to translate data into design and content recommendations.
