What You'll Do

The Manager, Production manages and produces Authentic's seasonal content across its portfolio of brands. In collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams, the Production Manager manages the day to day of a shoot production from photographers, models, stylists, and other personal required in addition to securing locations, permits, equipment and all necessary travel/accommodations.

What you'll be working on

  • Manage the seasonal schedule of all content shoots from concept to final asset delivery with creative and marketing teams
    • Will be across all Fashion / Luxe Brands in the Authentic Portfolio (Including but not limited to: Vince Camuto, Juicy Couture, Judith Lieber, IZOD, Nautica, Van Heusen, Nine West, Frye).
  • Manage all vendor details along with the overall shoot budget
  • Manage and maintain the closing of each shoot and that all invoices are received and submitted to finance for payment along with ensuring the shoot is on or under budget
  • Act as the day-to-day point person for shoots vendors from photographer, models, stylists, hair, makeup, equipment along with locations, studios and permitting offices
  • While on-set, act as lead point ensuring all vendors & contractors are on time, all contractual deliverables are being fulfilled and ensure wrapping is completed prior to over-time
  • Serve as lead producer on internally produced Campaign and Social Shoots
  • Meet with and manage new vendors and stay on top of relevant image makers

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in production, marketing or a similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in producing photoshoots, commercial and other content
  • Prior experience working with Celebrities is a plus
  • Prior experience working and managing production companies and vendors a must
  • Ability to understand changing priorities and work well independently and on a fast-paced team environment (Strong Team mentality).
  • Strong organizational, production, and writing skills
  • Strong communications skills; must be organized and comfortable working with internal stakeholders, external Brand Partners, Celebrities and their representation
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel 40% of time and ability to work long shoot days on set (12 + Hours)
  • Must have strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Primary Location Salary Range:

$90,000 - $110,000
