Manager Export & Production – Salt Unit

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Export & Production for our Salt Processing & Manufacturing Unit based in Khushab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall export operations and production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Develop and implement production and export plans to meet operational and shipment targets
• Coordinate with international clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
• Ensure timely processing and dispatch of export consignments
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and international export standards
• Supervise production staff, warehouse coordination, and export documentation processes
• Optimize production efficiency while minimizing wastage, delays, and operational downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, procurement, and supply chain departments
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with operational procedures
• Prepare production, export, and operational reports while monitoring KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management, or relevant field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export operations, manufacturing, or production management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of export documentation, production planning, inventory management, and quality control
• Experience in salt, mineral, chemical, or related industries will be preferred
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
• Strong coordination and reporting capabilities
