Job Objectives
Create delivery excellence across assigned project/portfolio, provide certainty and confidence to the stakeholder/project sponsor, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost and risk. As a project manager, manage the life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of Information Corporate Technology projects.
Job Role

Responsible for overall monitoring and controlling of the project and managing dependencies between the various streams.

Provides overall guidance, direction, motivation and focus to the project team.

Manages and monitors project costs, governance, and changes to scope and ensures quality.

Prepares the project charter, project plan and other project documentation (refer to project documentation matrix).

Reports progress to stakeholders and organises monthly steering committee meetings.

Ensures that to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Identifies project risks/issues and recommends corrective action to mitigate them.

Responsible for validating the overall test plan, including integration and performance testing.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Project Management degree in a relevant field

Certified PMP from PMI or IPMA-C
Practical Experiences
-
UAE National: 3 years in a role with PMO or project management responsibilities.
-
knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile practices, and technical frameworks.
-
Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
