Job Objective

To provide essential project management support. The successful candidate will act as a central coordination hub, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and collaboration among various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of project milestones.
Job Responsibilities
:

Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support, ensuring effective coordination, organized documentation, and clear communication across all teams involved in the client engagements.

Lead coordination between multiple project workstreams, promoting alignment, consistency, and smooth collaboration to support unified project execution.

Engage regularly with internal departments and external stakeholders, following up on tasks, resolving coordination issues, and ensuring progress remains on track with overall engagement objectives.

Prepare, update, and manage project dashboards, minutes of meetings, action logs, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders have accurate, timely, and well-structured information.

Assist in reviewing project-related documents, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with project goals and governance requirements.

Establish and maintain an organized digital repository and filing system, ensuring all project documents and communications are accurately stored, easily accessible, and properly version controlled.

Assist in developing reports and presentations, consolidating project insights and effectively communicating key updates using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Support the preparation and coordination of materials for senior management, committees, and other governance forums, ensuring submissions are well-organized, accurate, and delivered on time.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant major
Professional Certificates
:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an extra advantage.
Experience:
10 years of experience in project management role. Experience in project management in Islamic banks is an added value.
Skills:
Technical Skills
:

Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMO practices, task tracking, reporting)

Knowledge of Islamic banking and finance principles (Murabaha, Mudarabah, Wakala, Ijarah, etc.) is an added value

Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
