Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Projects to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects — architectural, interior, and construction — are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of architectural, interior, and turnkey construction projects.
• Coordinate between design, engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth communication and problem resolution.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery as per project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and approvals.
• Lead, train, and motivate site supervisors and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, design intent, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing architecture, interior, and/or turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and project management processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Preferred candidates located within a 30 km radius of Office Location (Thengana, Changanassery).
• Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
