Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management for the development and expansion of CGD networks in Anuppur, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Lead operations for PNG and CNG supply, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient service delivery to all customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project execution with Adani Total Gas Limited’s strategic goals and operational benchmarks.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Implement advanced operational practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and safety in gas distribution.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, including coordination with local authorities, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution and operations.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational and project-related risks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational protocols in all aspects of project execution and gas distribution.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Utilize data analytics and digital tools to monitor performance metrics and drive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent) or a related field.
- 12–14 years of experience in project management and operations within the energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale CGD projects and operations, with expertise in PNG and CNG systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).
