Job Purpose:This role is responsible for implementation and delivery of Wealth Management solutions and process initiatives. The job holder will act as the product and subject matter expert (SME) across multiple domains, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to enhance Wealth Management systems and services. The position entails owning the backlog of requirements, defining user stories, managing delivery, and aligning with strategic business goals.
Key Accountabilities:1) Business Analysis & Requirement GatheringCapture and document detailed business and functional requirements from WM stakeholders.Analyze and interpret business requirements to guide solution development.Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system functionality.Maintain a roadmap for system & process enhancements in alignment with WM stakeholders.Act as process owner, overseeing prioritization and backlog grooming.3) Project & Process CoordinationWork with operations and technology teams to enhance workflows, user experiences, and process automation.Ensure timely delivery of agreed initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.Provide transparency on process changes, risks, and dependencies.4) Controls & oversightMaintain and oversee the maintenance of SOPs, Process documentation & Operational guidelines.Contribute to internal & external audits and support remediation actions5) Counterparty engagement & IT collaborationLiaise with external counterparties, review services and delivery.Engage with internal IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.Mitigate risks related to vendor/counterparty delays impacting project timelines.6) Product OwnershipDevelop a strong understanding of Wealth Management products and processes.Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog.Create user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with
stakeholders.Work across teams to deliver enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualification:Experience –5-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management operations, business support or middle office functionsExposure to governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and technology and digital platforms.
Qualification –Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Economics or related fields (Masters preferred)High proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of BI/Reporting tools is an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skills
