What You Will Do

This pivotal role is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and strategic management of promotional collateral procurement across all Consumer Products Division (CPD) brands. The incumbent will ensure strict ownership of budgets and adherence to quality standards, playing a critical role in the end-to-end procurement process from briefing and quote requests to purchase order authorization, goods receipt, and delivery facilitation in the MyMarket procurement system.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Sourcing on RFP processes, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate project data in Wrike. This role also involves generating insightful analytical spend reports for senior management and contributing to strategic procurement discussions. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5+ years of industry-related purchasing/procurement experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and demonstrate expertise in project management, data management, prioritization, and strong interpersonal communication. A proven ability to work collaboratively across various business functions and manage external vendor relationships is essential for success in this role.

  • Oversees and manages all aspects of collateral procurement across all Consumer Products Division (CPD) brands, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Actively participates in all briefing and status meetings, contributing to strategic procurement discussions and providing updates on procurement initiatives.
  • Facilitates and manages all quote requests, adhering to current indirect purchasing guidelines.
  • Authorizes and ensures the timely processing and expedition of all purchase orders.
  • Manages the goods receipt process for all “value” purchase orders, ensuring accurate spend and inventory reconciliation.
  • Facilitates and expedites product deliveries, collaborating closely with the Transportation department and Receiving to ensure efficiency and resolve any logistical challenges with assembly and third-party sites.
  • Responsible for Fusion code creation in COSMO system
  • Creates and distributes Display Outlines for pack instructions and PIR requests.
  • Collaborates with the Sourcing department to develop and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for collateral needs.
  • Reviews and approves Cost Response Forms (CRFs).
  • Maintains and ensures the accuracy of updates within the Wrike project management system.
  • Generates comprehensive analytical spend reports for the Director and Senior Management, providing insights into procurement performance and strategic recommendations.

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-life experience.
  • 3-5+ years of Industry related purchasing/procurement work experience
  • Experience working collaboratively with various business areas
