Manager, PS Ops

We partner with top-tier private equity software firms such as TA, Hg, Insight Partners, and Genstar to acquire and build one platform company per year. To date, our team has built six platform companies, each culminating in multiple liquidity transactions with multi-billion-dollar valuations.

The PS Operations Manager is pivotal in transforming business processes, systems, and data analytics to enhance strategic decision-making and advance both internal and client initiatives. The manager will standardize reporting functions and drive the Professional Services team towards higher efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by implementing comprehensive operational tools and processes. Additionally, this role requires a strong blend of strategic vision and tactical skills, focusing on system implementations, financial forecasting, and project reporting, while integrating operations from newly acquired companies to maintain our agility and excellence as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient billing and month-end processing activities, adhering to defined closing timelines.
• Enhance Professional Services utilization, profit margins, and revenue by leveraging detailed analysis and actionable insights.
• Implement processes that proactively monitor and rectify data inconsistencies, enhancing data reliability.
• Oversee acquisition integrations, ensuring timely and accurate system implementations and data migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in operations within a software company (e.g., PS ops, sales ops, finance)
• Track record of delivering accurate financial models or analysis
• Experience supporting professional services teams preferred
