About the Role

King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC) is seeking a highly driven professional to strengthen its Quality function across major aviation infrastructure projects.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, governance, operational excellence, and alignment with international quality standards while supporting the delivery of world-class airport infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-level quality assurance frameworks.
• Lead internal audits, compliance monitoring, and governance reviews.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality maturity programs.
• Ensure alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Report quality risks and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years in QA governance within infrastructure or regulated industries.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership capabilities.
