Manager Quality & Compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharma or Science and any related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience: implementing and leading QHSE Programs in 3PL Pharmaceutical projects.
• Must have QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and social compliance certification and complete 4-5 independent audits in all relevant functions.
• Deep understanding of ISO standards, with experience spearheading at least one new ISO certification for a multi-client warehousing facility or relevant industry.
• Exceptional knowledge of cGMP, Drug Laws, DRAP regulations, the Shops and Establishments Act, the Factories Act, OHS regulations, QMS, and EMS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong background in technical and scientific writing (including authoring, reviewing, and revising SOPs and technical reports).
• Ideal experience in commercial Quality and EHS functions handling Pharmaceutical and FMCG clients; direct experience in a 3PL environment is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the QSHE team to achieve control, monitoring, and implementation of QSHE in line with local and international policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain full compliance with regulatory agencies, client requirements, and international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GDP, and SMETA.
• Develop, refine, and maintain internal EHS processes to ensure a safe, hazard-free working environment for all employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external audits. Coordinate all Quality & HSE-related activities across the company.
• Respond to client Quality & HSE audits and actively represent the company in client-facing alignment meetings.
• Maintain quality, safety, and environmental systems; implement and audit to achieve compliance with GDP & DRAP regulations.
• Provide strategic leadership to support supply chain management, ensuring strict compliance with QSHE standards by auditing and reviewing daily operating practices and systems.
