As a Manager, Quality Control at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
What You Will Do:
You will oversee quality assurance and compliance workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing the quality control operations, including the testing and inspection of products to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Leading, training, and mentoring a team of quality control staff to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Collaborating with production, regulatory, and research teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Monitoring quality control metrics and preparing reports to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies in all quality control activities.
Your Profile:
You will have solid quality assurance and compliance experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in quality control or quality assurance.

Proven experience managing quality control operations, with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to achieve quality objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all processes.
