IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Be responsible for ensuring that all sales transactions meet established quality standards throughout the sales process. This role focuses on validating that every sale order has undergone thorough KYC and feasibility checks and that customers fulfill their billing obligations forM1 & M2



HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Quality Assurance- Monitor the sales order process to ensure compliance with KYC and feasibility requirements before installation.
  • Billing Oversight- Track customer payments for M1 & M2 bills following installation to ensure timely payment and compliance with billing requirements
  • Process Improvement-Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes that enhance the quality and reliability of sales orders.
  • Training & Development- Provide training and support to sales and operations teams on quality standards, KYC procedures, and billing requirements.
  • Reporting & Analytics- Maintain metrics and reports on the quality of sales, including KYC compliance, feasibility assessment outcomes, and payment statuses. Analyze data to identify trends or recurring issues in the sales process and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and requirements. o Serve as the point of contact for quality-related issues and provide guidance on resolving challenges that impact the quality of sales.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and finance , Project Management, HR, or a related field.

Experience:


  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and performance metrics.


Technical Competencies:


  • Project & Stakeholder Management.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution.
  • Training & Development Coordination.
