We provide requisite training and development to all team members and expect long-term commitment from candidates to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and implement WPSS (Welding Procedure Specification Sheets) and QAP (Quality Assurance Plans).
Obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
Conduct and oversee quality control processes across fabrication activities.
Perform audits of processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Improve internal processes by introducing new machinery and automation to meet higher quality requirements.
Organize and conduct training sessions for welders and technical staff.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within a fabrication facility for Steel Bridges, Boiler Structures, and other support structures.
Strong knowledge of WPSS/QAP documentation, process audits, and quality certifications.
Experience in process improvement, machinery induction, and automation implementation.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop welding teams for quality excellence.
Commitment and drive to contribute to organizational growth.
