Manager – Real Estate Trustee Office

We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Real Estate Trustee Office, ensuring all property transfer and registration activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with UAE regulations.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, and the delivery of a professional, efficient, and customer-focused service.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing service centers or government-related operations, and the ability to maintain high standards across both operational and customer-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in line with DLD standards

Manage transaction workflows, service counters, and overall center performance

Ensure readiness and smooth functioning of all operational areas, including front desk and registration services

Compliance & Governance

Ensure full compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations and operational guidelines

Act as the main point of contact with DLD representatives, supervisors, and auditors

Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, supervise, and support all center staff, including registration officers and customer service team

Ensure all employees complete required “Ameen” certification and ongoing training

Maintain high levels of staff performance, professionalism, and accountability

Customer Experience & Service Quality

Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all customers visiting the center

Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner

Monitor service quality and implement improvements where needed

Administrative & Reporting

Oversee internal coordination, reporting, and documentation processes

Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper use of systems and platforms

Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management and relevant authorities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience managing a service center or similar operation

Strong understanding of operational processes and customer service standards

Experience in real estate, government services, or regulated environments is a strong advantage

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment

Must be eligible to meet DLD requirements for the role
