IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


  • Manager Regional Sales SME will be responsible for SME sales planning, Budgeting, market/opportunity sizing, determine current and projected territory potential in terms of revenue and keeping a keen eye on competitive analysis (in terms of products offering) for relevant SME territory along with determining overall P&L of SME his/her Territory. Incumbent would be also responsible for establishing shot term, medium term and long term sales plan/road map in accordance with department short and long term business strategies WITH the objective of ensuring all targets are being met WITHIN the limits set broadly through the departmental/Regional strategic goals.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Arrange training`s and daily refreshers to increase the team products knowledge and pipeline management is required to helping the region to increase the base revenue.
  • Ensure revenue target achievement for South Region/Territory.
  • Ensure recoveries of the payments form SME customers Customer Retention.
  • Sales Process Re-engineering to increase the efficiency and effective.
  • Establishment of the sales channel in South Region/Territory.
  • Hiring and Maintain Sales Force as per approved headcount.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification & Experience:


  • Minimum bachelor's degree required (Preferably in Engineering in Technology / Business Administration / ICT Certification).
  • With 1-2 years similar and 7 years overall Telco experience as Techno commercial


Competencies:


  • P&L Management
  • MS Project and MS Office
  • Sales & Negotiations Techniques
  • Commercial/Business Planning
  • Having Good Knowledge of ICT
