IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Ensure overall business direction through identification, planning of strategic segments for tapping profitable & quality business opportunities and launching new innovative initiatives/ products for their assigned SME Territory. This position will be responsible for SME sales planning, Budgeting, market/opportunity sizing, determine current and projected territory potential in terms of revenue and keeping a keen eye on competitive analysis (in terms of products offering) for relevant SME territory along with determining overall P&L of SME his/her Territory. Incumbent would be also responsible for establishing shot term, medium term and long term sales plan/road map in accordance with department short and long term business strategies WITH the objective of ensuring all targets are being met WITHIN the limits set broadly through the departmental/Regional strategic goals.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Identify and approach potential customers for the sale of ICT products, solutions, and services. Build sales pipeline through networking, events, partnering, cold calling and visits
  • Build and develop an effective sale team in assigned region(s) to achieve revenue ambitions from ICT Sales to SME Vertical.
  • Analyze customer requirements, coordinate for technical/commercial feasibility, and prepare business proposals for high value contracts.
  • Coordinate with product team, technical, business operations and vendors to ensure that customer’s onboarding experience is seamless.
  • Implement effective controls to ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and internal policy guidelines through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between direct sales and support teams for feasibility, pricing, customer proposals and service delivery.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:



  • Minimum Bachelors. Professional degree in Engineering, Computers Sciences or Business Administration from a well reputed institution would be preferred.

Experience:


  • With 1-2 years similar and 7 years overall Telco experience as Techno commercial.
  • Good understanding of ICT, IoTs, SaaS, PaaS.
