Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Reporting Analyst, HR Analytics
In this role, the Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting HR data using complex analysis of datasets in areas of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, HR Services and other HR functions by leveraging data and reporting techniques.
Strong aptitude for distilling large amounts of data into a meaningful story is critically important. This position requires understanding of advanced methods to analyze and interpret data from various sources with an outcome to measure success and solve business needs. This position ensures data integrity by implementing quality assurance best practices and appropriate methods to create consistent, repeatable reports

Responsibilities
    Collect and organize HR data efficiently from diverse sources
    Maintain and validate HR data repositories, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reporting
    Apply data governance standards to prioritize requests and maintain data quality.
    Perform regular data audits and validation checks to uphold data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Saba, ServiceNow)
    Manage data requests, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure the right questions are being asked
    Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments to integrate data sources for holistic analysis and insights
    Generate and analyze standard and ad-hoc HR reports, providing consistent assessments and identifying key trends
    Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools, presenting clear findings and actionable recommendations
    Assist executive management and HR leadership in data-driven decision-making with clear, impactful insights
    Deliver actionable insights for business problem-solving based on comprehensive data analysis
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    Good years of experience in HR Reporting and Analytics roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes (workforce, recruiting, learning, performance management)
    Proficiency in HRIS platforms, including SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Saba (LMS), ServiceNow, and OnBase
    Strong programming skills for data analysis, including SQL, Python, and other relevant scripting languages
    Expertise in data analysis and visualization, proficiently handling large datasets, developing streamlined analytical tools, and summarizing complex concepts
    Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools
    Mastery of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
    Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to present data clearly and deliver actionable insights.
    Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    Knowledge of HR and data privacy laws, information security and quality principles
