Manager – Resource Mobilization

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and community groups.

· Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and proposals to meet annual revenue targets.

· Explore opportunities for grants, sponsorships, and CSR funding.

· Build strategic alliances with businesses, philanthropic organizations, and community stakeholders.

· Represent THF at meetings, conferences, and events to promote the organization’s mission.

· Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and donor reports.

· Ensure timely submission of funding applications and follow-ups.

· Collaborate with the marketing/communications team to create impactful fundraising materials.

· Highlight donor contributions and success stories through various media channels.

· Maintain an updated donor database and track fundraising progress.

· Proide regular reports to management on fundraising performance and new opportunities.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or business development (preferably in the non-profit/NGO sector).

Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets and managing donor relationships.
