Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway is currently looking for a Revenue Audit Manager to join our team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
- Direct and manage the activities of all Revenue Audit employees, assigning work as needed and ensuring accurate, timely reporting of revenue figures.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor compliance of revenue activities on the property via the exception process to ensure that all relative documentation is completed in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Develop and implement procedural policies for audits, make corrections or revisions as needed and cooperate with internal and external auditors as needed.
- Complete journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and produce various revenue reports and statistical analysis.
- Evaluate the performance and progress in Revenue Audit and adjust performance standards and procedures as needed.
- Create financial spreadsheets and update information on a regular basis.
- Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Provide direction and support for all staff to achieve Company goals and objectives through the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of the company.
- Provide appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.
- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college / university or equivalent experience
- Four years minimum experience in revenue audit or similar accounting function preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication, managerial and organizational skills
