What You'll Do
As the Revenue Cycle Compliance Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader for compliance-related activities across Logan Health's revenue cycle functions. Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with the LH Compliance department to coordinate and lead post-payment audits, prepayment audits, and state-specific audit activities.
Overseeing internal audit programs across Revenue Cycle departments, ensuring adherence to all state and federal billing and coding regulations.
Monitoring regulatory changes and proactively collaborating with Revenue Cycle leaders to implement necessary process improvements.
Developing and delivering compliance education, training, and policies to foster a culture of accountability across the organization.
Serving as the subject matter expert on Medicare, Medicaid, third-party payer regulations, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Preparing and presenting data-driven reports, performance variance analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Driving a supportive team culture through coaching, mentorship, and individual motivation to achieve optimum performance.
Identifying and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance outcomes.
What You Bring
Education & Experience (minimum of one required):
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of five (5) years' experience within Revenue Cycle
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in healthcare operations
Leadership:
Knowledge & Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, third-party payer regulations, HIPAA, and Compliance programs
Proven experience leading process improvement projects in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
Exceptional organizational skills with strong critical thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, teamwork, and continuous learning
