This position is responsible for managing the revenue management team focused on driving profitable growth for all brands withing the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will focus on supporting menu pricing (strategic recommendation along with implementation), analyzing financial and customer impact of prior pricing actions, and understanding market competitiveness. This role will have 2 direct reports and be responsible for leading the team through the process of prioritizing strategic projects across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion taking strategic projects from ideation to implementation along with experience working in a portfolio of business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytics development and operationalization

Develop scalable analytics to answer business questions and create revenue management strategies that apply across brands (e.g., approach to pricing new items, optimizing pricing relationships, competitor pricing evaluation and strategy)

Research macroeconomic and industry trends that impact the pricing approach for the Inspire portfolio

Continually scrutinize current analytic processes to develop and implement improved, efficient, and insightful processes
Stakeholder engagement and management

Work with stakeholders to align on analytics approaches and influence adoption of revenue management strategies

Create processes and products to enable brand stakeholders and analytics teams to operate more effectively and efficiently
Team leadership and management

Determine prioritization of projects and requests across brands

Lead and develop team members and serve as a mentor for growth opportunities
Analytics and strategy execution

Manage the execution and delivery of analytics and reporting to the brand teams based on their needs

Work with cross functional partners to execute pricing strategies in market
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4 yr degree
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Minimum: 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, marketing analytics, or related field
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.), strong database skills (e.g., SQL, Access, etc.), and experience with Tableau
- Demonstrated ability with financial modeling and sensitivity analyses to project potential business outcomes
- Ability to lead a team with direct reports and grow and develop talent
- Inquisitive nature, constantly looking for innovative solutions to challenging questions
