Manager Risk

Zahid Jamil & Co. is looking for a highly skilled and analytical Manager Risk to join its professional team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise risk management activities, strengthening internal controls, and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies across the organization.

Requirements:

• Qualification: FRC / MA or equivalent
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal controls, compliance, or audit
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to analyze operational, financial, and compliance risks effectively
• Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks and policies
• Identify, assess, and monitor key organizational risks
• Prepare periodic risk assessment reports and dashboards for management
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective risk mitigation measures
• Support compliance reviews and internal control improvements
• Assist in risk-based assessments and advisory initiatives

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
