Manager, Sales and Business Development (Enterprise)
Job Purpose
The Manager, Sales and Business Development (Enterprise) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s enterprise customer base. The role focuses on generating revenue, managing key accounts, leading the sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.

Develop and execute business development strategies to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Build strategic relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Management

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.

Lead negotiations and support contract execution with enterprise customers.
Enterprise Account Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts.

Understand customer business challenges and align solutions to their strategic objectives.

Drive customer retention, account growth, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.

Serve as a trusted advisor to decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

Develop account plans and market penetration strategies for target industries.

Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-centric solutions and value propositions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer engagement and service delivery.

Support the development of go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.

Ensure smooth handover of won opportunities to implementation and delivery teams.
Reporting & Performance Management

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates.

Monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular management reports.
