About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our sales organization and prospective Oil & GAS and Utilities demonstrating how our security solutions address complex enterprise challenges. You will work closely with account executives to drive revenue growth while building trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers


Main Responsibilities


  • Responsible to lead sales and client relationship management focusing on prospecting new clients to support revenue growth for the company
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture new client and achieve sales KPIs
  • Acting as primary contact for the clients and coordinate with internal teams to develop winning proposals
  • Develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives
  • Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and manage a standardized pre-sales process including consistent business development, prospect and opportunity qualification and bid review processes and business development meetings
  • Develop and grow effective account relationship management through consistently deployed account management methods and processes. Collaborate with account managers to implement, monitor and improve


Key Deliverables:


  • Achieve Sales KPIs with the key and emerging accounts
  • Maintain high customer stratifications
  • On-boarding new clients and logos to the company
  • Up sell and cross sell existing offering within the company’s portfolio
  • Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and achieve targeted winning rates through effective utilization of market intelligence and sector expertise
  • Drive client retention by proactively reducing churn for recurring service & products


Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administrations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or security engineering roles within the cybersecurity industry.
  • A proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with high value deals, along with hands-on experience deploying and managing security solutions for PoC/Demo environments.



Skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences are essential.
  • Experience with lab environments for demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds is required, along with proficiency in creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and proposals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous or evolving customer requirements round out the required skillset.
