Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Marketing

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Team Lead with an MBA in Marketing and 2–3 years of experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team while ensuring consistent target achievement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team of 4 members to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop strategies to improve team performance and overall sales results.
• Recruit, train, and expand the sales team from 4 to 6 members.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring target achievement.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in handling a sales team.
• Proven track record of target achievement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
