
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients to target for business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients, ensuring terms are favourable and align with company goals.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's products and services and expand the professional network.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marble, stone, tiles, or building materials sales
- At least 4–5 years of managerial experience leading large sales teams
- Proven experience in B2B and project sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-value deals and long sales cycles
- Sound understanding of marble and stone products, applications, and market dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
