Manager Sales -Diesel Genset Division

Synergy Corporation is looking for Sales Manager in Diesel Generator Division. The ideal candidate must be B.E Electrical/Electronic from a reputable university.

Requirements:

· Able to generate leads

· Strong technical knowledge in Generators and distribution

· Should be from the Diesel Generator Industry

· Meeting with customers to maintain relationship and discussing their requirements

· Supervise and motivate the team members to develop their skill and to ensure that the monthly sales target is met

· Plan to achieve personal and teams target.

· Analyzing market trends and results, implementing marketing strategies to increase profit

· Provide necessary support to team members for lead generation and closing new deals

· Good negotiation skills

· Strong academic grades

Salary Range:

Attractive salary based on experience

5 to 10 years of hands-on experience

Age:

30 to 45 years

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
