About the Position:
Arizent is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact business development activities, with an emphasis on events, including executive roundtables, peer dinners, event sponsorships, and a new Marketing Awards program. The position also manages speaker submissions to elevate our editorial and Market Intelligence team’s presence at industry events and maximize reach through external collaborations.
This role will own audience development, multichannel campaign creation, event communications, and post-event sales alignment for our business development events. The person in this role will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution and measurable outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Event Marketing & Sales Development
Lead research and prospect identification and communication for business development dinners, roundtables, and a new annual Marketing Awards program.
Build and refine event target lists using Salesforce, LinkedIn, Omeda, and Sales-provided input to ensure high-value attendance from new prospects, lapsed clients, and priority accounts.
Develop and execute multichannel event marketing campaigns across Gong, Omeda, and LinkedIn (via Dripify) to drive registration, attendance, and engagement.
Write professional business communication for event invitations and reminders, as well as executive briefing materials like speaker bios and follow-up notes.
Collaborate with internal design and operations teams on website landing pages, RSVP forms, creative assets, and attendee communications.
Speaker Submissions
Manage speaker submission processes to secure thought leadership opportunities for Arizent’s Content Strategy, Research and Market Intelligence teams, as well as editorial experts.
Identify external conference and event opportunities aligned with Arizent’s focus areas (payments, legal, wealth, etc.).
Coordinate with Market Intelligence and Editorial leaders to prepare abstracts, speaker bios, and presentation materials.
Sponsorships
Oversee event sponsorship and media partner opportunities, including tracking deliverables, managing communications, and ensuring fulfillment.
Partner with Sales on sponsorship packaging, proposals, and post-event recap materials.
Collaborate with Arizent’s Social Media & Partnership Manager to execute cross-promotional partnerships and amplify visibility across social and partner channels.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Build and launch campaign flows across Gong, Omeda, and LinkedIn to promote events and awards programs.
Manage timelines and deliverables for all campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Monthly tracking and campaign performance analysis; optimize based on engagement and conversion metrics.
Maintain attendee and lead data for post-event reporting and Sales follow-up.
Collaborate with Sales to develop post-event follow-up playbooks, email templates, and outreach sequences, ensuring timely and consistent engagement with attendees and leads.
Awards Program Management
Serve as the program lead for Arizent’s new Marketing Awards, managing the full lifecycle of the initiative—from nominations through judging and winner communications.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns for nominations, judging, and honoree announcements.
Partner with internal teams on event logistics, marketing, and public recognition of honorees.
Manage all program communications, tracking, and reporting.
Success Metrics
Quality and conversion rate of event attendees and award submissions
Campaign engagement and response metrics (email and LinkedIn)
Lead generation and meeting conversions driven from events
Post-event Sales follow-up and pipeline impact
Awards program participation and visibility
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, or sales enablement
Demonstrated success managing high-touch, relationship-driven business development events
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple concurrent events
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Gong (or similar)
Excellent writing and communication skills; able to create clear, professional event and promotional copy
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform campaign decisions
Experience managing awards programs or industry recognition events is a strong plus
Tools & Systems Used
Salesforce, Gong, Omeda, Dripify, Canva, Google Suite, Brightspot (CMS), Monday.com, Slack, and LinkedIn.

Compensation Range: $100K - $110K
