Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts at AAYM and MD Research. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our customer base. This role requires a strong leader who can manage and motivate a team, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, forecasting sales revenue and identifying areas for improvement

Marketing:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

- Create and manage content for various marketing channels (social media, email, blog, etc.) and ensure consistent branding across all channels

- Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions

Managerial:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, setting goals, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Manage and mentor team members, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success

- Coordinate and oversee the sales and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment and collaboration between teams

- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team

- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results

Leadership and Coordination:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, product development, and customer service teams

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and external partners

Requirements:

- Qualifications: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, preferably in a similar industry

- Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and marketing automation tools

- Experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and marketing metrics analysis
