We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Manager – Sales & Leasing to lead our commercial portfolio expansion in Pune.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Director – Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the strategic leasing and sale of our office, retail, and mixed-use commercial assets. You will act as the primary bridge between Jayka Corp and corporate clients, retail brands, and institutional investors, ensuring our projects achieve maximum market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Leasing Execution: Execute comprehensive sales and leasing plans to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals for all commercial projects.
- Reporting & Strategy: Work closely with the Director – Sales & Marketing to provide market feedback, sales velocity reports, and strategic insights for upcoming project launches.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage your deep knowledge of the Pune market to identify trends, track competitor movements, and advise on competitive strategies.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, corporate tenants, retail chains, and investors. Maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.
- End-to-End Transaction Management: Lead the entire lifecycle of a deal, from initial inquiry and site visits to commercial negotiations, documentation, and final closure.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture a strong network of local and International Property Consultants (IPCs) to maximize project visibility.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Ensure a premium experience for all stakeholders, maintaining long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven track record in commercial real estate sales and leasing.
- Market Expertise: Currently based in Pune with an extensive network and "boots-on-the-ground" knowledge of the local commercial landscape.
- Asset Exposure: Strong experience handling Office Space, Retail, and Mixed-use commercial developments.
- Communication: Mandatory high proficiency in English (both verbal and written). You must be capable of presenting to C-suite executives and corporate legal teams.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation tactics, persuasive storytelling, and a persistent approach to deal-closure.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation: Mandatory (any stream).
- Post-Graduation: MBA in Marketing, Real Estate, or Sales is highly preferred.
