Job Title: Manager – Sales & Marketing

Industry: Premium Real Estate – Luxury Second Homes
Location: Mumbai (Travel to Lonavala 2–3 days/week)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 5–10 years in luxury real estate, second homes, or hospitality
Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Manager – Sales & Marketing to spearhead the sales, branding, and customer engagement initiatives for our premium luxury villa development. The ideal professional will have strong experience in high-ticket real estate, excellent relationship-building capabilities, and solid marketing expertise to position our second-home project as the preferred choice for HNIs, NRIs, and elite buyers.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for luxury villa projects.
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and channel partners.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and nurture strong networks with wealth managers, brokers, luxury brands, and real estate consultants.
  • Expand outreach among HNIs, NRIs, corporate clients, and premium lifestyle communities.

Marketing & Branding

  • Create and implement 360° marketing plans to highlight the project’s premium lifestyle value.
  • Enhance brand presence through digital marketing, social media, print ads, PR activities, and premium events.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop brochures, videos, and marketing collaterals.
  • Oversee website content, SEO, PPC, and online campaigns to maximize qualified lead generation.
  • Conduct thorough competitor research to maintain a competitive edge in pricing and offerings.

Reporting & Team Management

  • Track and analyze sales performance against KPIs such as lead generation, site visits, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to management regarding sales and marketing outcomes.
  • Review sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team with regular performance evaluations and coaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
