Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Industry: Construction/Chemicals (PCE Product Range)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B markets, focusing on PCE (Polycarboxylate Ether) products.
• Manage and expand the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities in international markets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns for PCE products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the construction industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or chemicals industry.
• Knowledge of PCE product range and its applications is highly desirable.
• International sales experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
