Manager Sales & Marketing

Candidate must have a sound understanding and practical experience of branding Building, Marketing and social media marketing, Good communication & interpersonal skills are required.

• Comprehensive experience of Market the brand and developments
• Preparing the detail plan/strategy and its executing policy and framework
• Dynamic Experience of More than 1 Brand Building
• expertise to analysis Regional wise sale for B2B and B2c and executing its targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer retention
• Must have expertise in social media marketing to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• closely monitoring of marketing team to achieve the targeted result
• To look after reginal franchise and its performance
• experience of participating/handling international corporate events and festivals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Expertise in ERP software (mandatory)
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
