Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales & marketing plans, set goals, and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Business Development: Prospect for new clients (corporate, group, events), cold call, network, and attend industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, manage large accounts, and conduct site inspections/familiarization tours.
  • Revenue Management: Maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and revenue from all outlets (rooms, events, F&B).
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare sales reports, manage the sales budget, and track performance metrics.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data and manage sales activities within the CRM system.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales and hospitality experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical skills for market and sales data.
  • Proficiency with sales technology and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
