Manager Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at PinnacleFiber. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, and after-sales service of ourpolyester fiber products. This role involves managing customer relationships, handling technical issues,coordinating sales orders, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales of polyester fiber (PSF) to textile and related industries, including spinning mills.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to products by collaborating with the technical team at the plant.
• Coordinate with customers for order follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Manage all customer inquiries and ensure the delivery of high-quality service, ensuring that both sales and technical queries are promptly addressed.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and identify new market opportunities for expansion.
• Create and implement effective merchandising techniques for follow-ups, documentation, and customer coordination with dispatch teams.
• Ensure a seamless after-sales service experience by working closely with the plant team and customer service.
• Act as the primary contact for customers in the south region (Karachi & Hyderabad), offering guidance and support for product-related issues.
• Track and report on sales performance, including order status, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to grow the business.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Fiber Technology (preferred).
• Minimum 12 to 15 years in sales and marketing within the textile or polyester fiber industry, specifically in spinning mills and fiber products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.
