Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 6–8 Years
Education: BBA/MBA

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth in the North region (Islamabad, Rawalpindi & AJK).

Key Responsibilities
-Achieve assigned sales targets and explore new business opportunities in industrial & commercial segments
-Conduct customer visits, product trials, and sampling for product development.
-Ensure strong customer management through prompt response and timely delivery coordination.
-Coordinate with Marketing & Planning for pricing, demand forecasting, and stock management.
-Maintain visit reports, sales plans, and market mapping documentation.
-Develop market intelligence, customer segmentation, and business relationships (Government & Private sector).
-Lead and mentor the North territory team while promoting HSE and company compliance culture.
-Must have strong communication & negotiation skills and team leadership capability.
-Must have a market development and relationship-building mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
