We are Hiring a Manager, Sales Operations.

Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team within the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed. The manager will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ultimately aiming to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve communication across the organization. The end result is a well-coordinated sales operation that maximizes revenue and fosters a high-performing sales culture.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales operations team in executing sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict future sales trends.
  • Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities in the Other Services industry.

Work Environment:

This position is a remote position within approved Lumelight states. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Equipment will be provided to you.
