Manager Sales & Operations

LAPS School Franchise Head Office urgently requires a highly competitive Male Manager Sales & Operations for its Sales & Operations Department.
JDs:

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic planning and team management.
• Meet sales targets by using effective sales and marketing strategies
• School Franchise Marketing to bring more clinets for franchise campuses
• Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirement:

• Qualification: MBA/Masters in Marketing or any other related degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality suitable for client-facing roles.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees and investors.

Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience of a reputed school
